Job Requirements

Valid WI driver's license
clean driving record
be at least 18 years of age
pass background check
pass drug screen
high school diploma or GED equivalent
pass any state-required training or qualification for licensing
maturity in demeanor, personality, and attitude
strong verbal and written communication skills
professional grooming standards
strong customer service and public relations skills
able to withstand weather conditions
able to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Must have a valid WI driver's license and clean driving record and be at least 18 years of age
possess a high school diploma or the GED equivalent
must pass background check and drug screen
must be able to pass any state-required training or qualification for licensing
be mature in demeanor, personality, and attitude
possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written
maintain an impeccable image and adhere to professional grooming standards
possess strong customer service and public relations skills and be able to interact well with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds
must be able to withstand potentially inclement weather and stand or walk for extended periods of time depending on the post assignment

Job Duties

Conduct interior and exterior foot and mobile patrols - inspect buildings, equipment, and access points
monitor surveillance equipment and access control systems
document incidents and daily activities
review shift logs and incident reports
provide excellent customer service
conduct a stable and collective work environment with other employees
all other duties assigned
