Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must have excellent customer service experience
- must pass fair housing exam
- relevant experience in resident engagement
- ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
- proficiency in property operations software
- current driver’s license and auto insurance
- able to work weekends and overtime as job requires

Job Duties
- greet prospects guests and visitors as they arrive to the community
- provide a personalized experience emphasizing care and convenience for residents
- engage with residents fostering positive ongoing relationships
- respond to resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- act as the communication center providing community updates via computer portal and postings
- plan promote and deliver resident events and activities enhancing community value
- identify communicate and implement opportunities to improve resident happiness and service
