Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must have excellent customer service experience
  • must pass fair housing exam
  • relevant experience in resident engagement
  • ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • proficiency in property operations software
  • current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • able to work weekends and overtime as job requires

Job Duties

  • greet prospects guests and visitors as they arrive to the community
  • provide a personalized experience emphasizing care and convenience for residents
  • engage with residents fostering positive ongoing relationships
  • respond to resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • act as the communication center providing community updates via computer portal and postings
  • plan promote and deliver resident events and activities enhancing community value
  • identify communicate and implement opportunities to improve resident happiness and service
