Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in service-oriented roles, preferably with seniors
- Ability to work from 6am to 2pm on Friday and Saturday
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications

- Experience in upscale, service-oriented positions
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct visitors and residents to appropriate departments or personnel
- Assist residents with personal requests, such as arranging transportation, scheduling appointments, or organizing activities
- Coordinate and schedule guest suite reservations for residents and visitors
- Provide information on available services, amenities, and community events to residents and visitors
- Manage resident mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring they are properly distributed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Support administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and processing resident requests
- Act as a liaison between residents and other departments to ensure needs are met promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care and professionalism
- Always adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code
- Other duties as assigned
