Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in service-oriented roles, preferably with seniors
  • Ability to work from 6am to 2pm on Friday and Saturday
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in upscale, service-oriented positions
  • Experience working with seniors preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct visitors and residents to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Assist residents with personal requests, such as arranging transportation, scheduling appointments, or organizing activities
  • Coordinate and schedule guest suite reservations for residents and visitors
  • Provide information on available services, amenities, and community events to residents and visitors
  • Manage resident mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring they are properly distributed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Support administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and processing resident requests
  • Act as a liaison between residents and other departments to ensure needs are met promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care and professionalism
  • Always adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code
  • Other duties as assigned
