Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- availability to work weekends including 5 pm to 8 pm on select weekdays and 9 am to 6 pm on Sundays
- previous healthcare or service experience preferred
- basic math aptitude
- computer knowledge
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors to the building
- maintain a clean and organized workspace including waiting and concierge areas
- answer incoming phone calls, forward calls and take messages
- assist with mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail and packages
- prepare and send community invitations, notices, and flyers
- perform secretarial and data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs
- coordinate move-ins, resident assessments and transportation
- prepare and maintain resident files
- prepare training materials
- assist with onboarding and hiring process coordination as needed
