Job Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Preferred higher education in related fields
  • At least one year of customer service or concierge experience
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must meet all health and state requirements including TB testing
  • Senior living industry experience preferred
  • Competency with word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably higher learning degrees in business, communications, hospitality, or related fields
  • Minimum one year of customer service or concierge experience
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Meet health and state requirements including TB testing
  • Experience in the senior living industry preferred
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email

Job Duties

  • Greet community visitors graciously
  • Address questions or concerns of residents and families
  • Support sales and marketing efforts
  • Assist the business office with administrative tasks
  • Prioritize tours, reservations, and occupancy
  • Ensure the community is always tour ready
  • Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental personnel
  • Assist with human resources functions
  • Assist with payroll functions
  • Create a warm and calm atmosphere during shifts
