Job Requirements
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in a customer service role preferably in healthcare
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Capable of using communication equipment
- Willingness to work variable 10-hour shifts
- Availability for weekend work as needed
- Must join union within 31 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in a customer service position preferably in an acute health care setting
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to develop a working knowledge of computers
