Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three months of related experience preferred
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • Highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful nature
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Capability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms
  • Investigate any unusual activity
  • Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • Receive and deliver packages, plants, and prescription drugs as requested
  • Maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • Assist other departments with administrative functions
  • Respond timely to resident, family, and employee concerns
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
