Job Requirements
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- willingness to maintain professional and friendly demeanor
- ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- minimum of three months related experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
- receive and deliver or hold packages, plants, prescription drugs as requested
- maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- respond to resident, family, and employee concerns with timely follow up
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
