Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in customer service or healthcare support preferred
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
compassionate and patient attitude
strong attention to detail
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
willingness to participate in training and development sessions

Job Duties

Partnering with the Admissions team to ensure a seamless, welcoming admission process
preparing rooms with attention to detail, creating an inviting environment for new Residents
personally welcoming and escorting Residents to their rooms, providing guidance and reassurance
listening with compassion and assisting Residents in addressing concerns
building positive relationships with Residents, families, and staff to nurture a vibrant community
participating in training and Resident Council meetings to support ongoing improvement
