Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or healthcare support preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- willingness to participate in training and development sessions

Job Duties
- Partnering with the Admissions team to ensure a seamless, welcoming admission process
- preparing rooms with attention to detail, creating an inviting environment for new Residents
- personally welcoming and escorting Residents to their rooms, providing guidance and reassurance
- listening with compassion and assisting Residents in addressing concerns
- building positive relationships with Residents, families, and staff to nurture a vibrant community
- participating in training and Resident Council meetings to support ongoing improvement
