Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently including cash credit and debit card payments
- Provide receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
- Assist customers with questions related to billing payments and pricing
- Coordinate with service and quick lube departments to ensure smooth financial transactions
- Maintain and organize cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Handle customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate department if needed
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier station
- Assist in daily rental transactions
