Job Duties

  • Take personal responsibility for delivering Santander's and Work Cafe's customer experience standards
  • create exceptional customer experiences with every interaction
  • act as first point of contact for all customers entering the Work Cafe and direct customers to appropriate areas
  • be a self-service expert and proactively encourage customers to use digital products and services
  • support Work Cafe Manager and Events Manager with programming and day-of event activities
  • promote co-working services, room bookings and events within the Work Cafe
  • manage and coordinate all room bookings ensuring rooms are welcoming and in good order
  • support customers by addressing enquiries and directing to appropriate resources or business partners
  • work closely with third-party baristas and cleaners to maintain a welcoming environment and promptly address issues
