Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- must possess patience, tact, and resourcefulness
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- strong customer service orientation
- previous experience in a hospitality or concierge role preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible
- serve as information agent for hotel guests and handle their needs in a timely and efficient manner
- possess knowledge of the Park City and surrounding area and points of interest
- maintain complete and informative log books
- make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests
- maintain communication with all hotel departments
- demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees
- acknowledge owners and previous guests as appropriately as possible
