Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities and services
- Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions
- Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment options
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and lobby area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
