  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathetic and patient-centric mindset
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and walk 10,000-20,000 steps daily
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Positive, outgoing and personable personality
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • All vaccinations must be up to date
