Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work weekends (day and evening shifts)
- basic computer and typing skills
- excellent verbal communication
- friendly and helpful attitude
- prior experience with telephone switchboard preferred
- ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Job Duties
- greet and assist residents and visitors politely
- answer and manage telephone switchboard calls efficiently
- provide accurate information to residents, family members, and visitors
- type correspondence and maintain records accurately
- communicate tactfully with government agencies and personnel
- coordinate with staff members to address residents' needs
- maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times
