As a Concierge working the weekend shift at Textron Aviation, you will play a vital role in delivering legendary customer experiences. This role requires you to provide exceptional care and comfort to customers by tailoring each interaction to meet their unique preferences. You will act as the primary point of contact for hotel, transportation, and meal reservations, ensuring every aspect of their visit is flawless before and during their time at the facility. Your friendly demeanor and insightful engagement will help foster strong customer loyalty and enable the company to gain valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
Your role as Concierge involves maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming Customer Business Center; coordinating customer needs and requests to ensure excellent service; adhering to proper phone procedures while keeping the refreshment area well-stocked; warmly greeting customers and providing them with assigned workspaces and internet access; assisting with reservations and sharing information about local attractions, restaurants, and events; managing visitor sign-ins, badges, courtesy car usage, and tracking flights; as well as maintaining customer data in Salesforce, updating visitor logs, processing purchase orders, and handling payments. This role offers a dynamic and engaging work environment where your interpersonal skills and attention to detail will be greatly valued.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate or bronze level WorkKeys certification
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or relative administrative experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge if applicable
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal form
- Ability to operate a multiline telephone
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Listening skills and interpersonal skills
