Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • capacity to work in all weather conditions
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • flexible work schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to travel occasionally for training or to assist other properties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently
  • basic computer proficiency
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
  • answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team member
  • assists with completed service request call backs
  • maintains guest suite schedules and ensures payment and cleanliness
  • manages loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition each morning
  • manages all package deliveries by documenting and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
  • assists in scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • maintains detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and manages relationships with concierge vendors
