Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- capacity to work in all weather conditions
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- flexible work schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to travel occasionally for training or to assist other properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
- answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team member
- assists with completed service request call backs
- maintains guest suite schedules and ensures payment and cleanliness
- manages loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition each morning
- manages all package deliveries by documenting and notifying residents within 24 hours
- maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
- assists in scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- maintains detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and manages relationships with concierge vendors
