Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • knowledge of office equipment
  • excellent communication and organization skills
  • valid Florida driver's license and personal automobile
  • physical ability to sit and use computer for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • effective English communication skills
  • ability to maintain good relations with employees, supervisors and the public
  • ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • knowledge of office equipment such as fax and copier
  • excellent communication and organization skills
  • valid Florida driver's license

Job Duties

  • Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives all telephone calls and visitors
  • assess received calls/inquiries and directs and/or records and relays messages
  • greet members and guests as they enter the clubhouse and handle questions/requests
  • create lodge reservations as requested by members or department heads
  • create spread sheet and run reports on lodge activities
  • check members/guests into the lodge recording all pertinent information
  • use all features of the telephone system and voice mail
