Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or property management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer skills including email and scheduling software
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
- Assist with service request callbacks when necessary
- Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness
- Manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before leasing office opens
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other provided community services
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery places and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
