Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or property management experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer skills including email and scheduling software
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
  • Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
  • Assist with service request callbacks when necessary
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness
  • Manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before leasing office opens
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other provided community services
  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery places and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
