Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures their comfort while waiting
  • Answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team members
  • Maintains the guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness
  • Manages and coordinates the loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before office opening each morning
  • Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals and services and assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery places and maintains relationships with concierge vendors
