Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures their comfort while waiting
- Answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team members
- Maintains the guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness
- Manages and coordinates the loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before office opening each morning
- Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals and services and assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery places and maintains relationships with concierge vendors
