Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds independently
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional appearance and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures their comfort while they wait
- Answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team member
- Maintains the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
- Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
- Manages all package deliveries with timely resident notifications
- Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
- Assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keeps detailed information on local area amenities and maintains relationships with concierge vendors
