Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to respond to on-call duties as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume environments
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of local community and amenities
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member
  • Answer phone calls, route all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assist with completed service request callbacks as necessary
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manage and coordinate the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other community-provided services
  • Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
