Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, carrying up to 25 pounds independently
- Willingness to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
- Occasional travel as needed for training or assisting other properties
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with phone systems and scheduling software
- Knowledge of local area and community resources
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member while assisting with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness
- Manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before leasing office opens
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
- Assist in scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keep detailed information about local restaurants, shops, and delivery options and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
