- knowledge of local dining and entertainment options
- ability to handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or concierge services
- proficiency in operating multiple computer systems simultaneously
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- knowledge of Las Vegas entertainment, dining, and recreational venues
- ability to resolve guest issues and provide personalized service
- strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- experience with loyalty programs or guest enrollment is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide extraordinary service consistent with the Ultra-Luxury core service standards, AAA 5 Diamond standards, Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star standards and brand attributes
- operate multiple computer systems and manage multi-line phones while responding to urgent emails
- assist VIP casino, hotel and convention guests with reservations, hotel registration, check out and concierge requests
- identify Company Executives to ensure accurate guest reservations
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of dining, entertainment venues and local attractions to offer personalized recommendations
- communicate effectively through email, telephone and face-to-face interactions
- manage guest requests and complaints, resolve issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- contact hotel guests pre-arrival to assist with requests and plan itineraries
- greet guests upon arrival and escort them to the lounge
- perform follow-up calls for arrived guests
- manage group inbox and respond to all emails within 24 hours
- update guest personal profiles
- act as liaison between departments to coordinate guest requests and special occasions
