Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
  • ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • rare or regular travel may be required

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
  • answer phone calls and route all calls to the appropriate team member
  • maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
  • ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
  • keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
  • manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • assist community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs
