Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- rare or regular travel may be required

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
- answer phone calls and route all calls to the appropriate team member
- maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
- ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
- keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
- manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- assist community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs
