Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with computers and basic software
- Knowledge of local area and community resources

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
- Answers phone calls and routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance
- Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manages the loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
- Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
- Assists the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery places and maintains relationships with concierge vendors
