Job Requirements
- High school education required
- Minimum 1-year experience as concierge or customer service related position
- Strong typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written
- Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties
- Provide guests with information and personalized recommendations about hotel facilities, local restaurants, and attractions
- Pre-call guests 7-10 days before arrival to assist with planning their stay
- Apply patience, tact, understanding, and resourcefulness in guest interactions
- Arrange amenities for VIP guests and special occasions
- Assist guests with transportation and babysitting arrangements
- Provide clear directions to local and area destinations
- Handle guest requests such as shipping, printing, facsimiles, and floral delivery
- Adhere to Forbes Travel Guide Five Star and AAA Five Diamond service standards
- Uphold the resort's core values, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
