Job Requirements

  • High school education required
  • Minimum 1-year experience in concierge or customer service position
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including holidays
  • Willingness to receive regular feedback
  • Must work on site

Job Qualifications

  • High school education required
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year concierge or customer service experience
  • Strong typing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Provide information and personalized recommendations about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Pre-call guests 7-10 days before arrival to assist with planning their stay
  • Apply patience, tact, and resourcefulness in guest interactions
  • Arrange amenities for VIP and special occasion guests
  • Assist with transportation and babysitting arrangements
  • Provide directions to local destinations
  • Assist with shipping, printing, and floral delivery
  • Maintain Forbes Travel Guide Five Star and AAA Five Diamond service standards
  • Uphold resort policies and procedures
  • Perform other assigned duties
