Job Requirements
- High school education required
- Minimum 1-year experience in concierge or customer service position
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility to work varied hours including holidays
- Willingness to receive regular feedback
- Must work on site
Job Qualifications
- High school education required

- Minimum of 1-year concierge or customer service experience
- Strong typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide information and personalized recommendations about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Pre-call guests 7-10 days before arrival to assist with planning their stay
- Apply patience, tact, and resourcefulness in guest interactions
- Arrange amenities for VIP and special occasion guests
- Assist with transportation and babysitting arrangements
- Provide directions to local destinations
- Assist with shipping, printing, and floral delivery
- Maintain Forbes Travel Guide Five Star and AAA Five Diamond service standards
- Uphold resort policies and procedures
- Perform other assigned duties
