Job Requirements
- High school education required
- Minimum of 1-year concierge or customer service related experience
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Flexibility to work holidays and varied hours
- Willingness to receive regular feedback
- Must work on site

Job Duties
- Provide guests with information and personalized recommendations based on hotel facilities and local attractions
- Pre-call guests 7-10 days prior to arrival to assist with planning their stay
- Apply patience, tact, understanding, and resourcefulness in guest interactions
- Arrange amenities for VIP guests and special occasions
- Assist with transportation and babysitting arrangements
- Provide directions to local destinations and attractions
- Assist with additional guest services such as shipping, printing, and floral delivery
- Maintain compliance with Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Five Diamond standards
- Uphold resort policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
