Job Requirements

  • High school education required
  • Minimum of 1-year concierge or customer service related experience
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Flexibility to work holidays and varied hours
  • Willingness to receive regular feedback
  • Must work on site

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with information and personalized recommendations based on hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Pre-call guests 7-10 days prior to arrival to assist with planning their stay
  • Apply patience, tact, understanding, and resourcefulness in guest interactions
  • Arrange amenities for VIP guests and special occasions
  • Assist with transportation and babysitting arrangements
  • Provide directions to local destinations and attractions
  • Assist with additional guest services such as shipping, printing, and floral delivery
  • Maintain compliance with Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Five Diamond standards
  • Uphold resort policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
