Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education
- At least one year of concierge or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Availability to work flexible hours including holidays
- Willingness to receive regular feedback
- Must be able to work onsite
Job Qualifications
- High school education required
- College degree preferred
- Minimum one year experience as a concierge or in a customer service-related position
- Strong typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- Provide guests with information and personalized recommendations about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Pre-call guests 7-10 days before arrival to assist with planning their stay
- Apply patience, tact, understanding, and resourcefulness in addressing guest demands
- Arrange amenities for VIP and special occasion guests
- Assist guests with transportation and babysitting arrangements
- Provide clear directions to local destinations
- Handle other requested services such as shipping, printing, facsimile, and floral delivery
