Job Requirements

  • Must be able to handle large volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must work in physically demanding conditions, including walking, standing and lifting 20-50 lbs. frequently
  • Must be team oriented and able to problem solve
  • Must be passionate about serving people
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including holidays
  • Must comply with company safety and health policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in guest service on the Monterey Peninsula
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Present a professional image in dress and communication
  • Ability to work independently and with team members
  • Basic clerical skills
  • Knowledge of Pebble Beach Resorts and the Monterey Peninsula preferred
  • Second language preferred

Job Duties

  • Escort guests to their room upon arrival
  • Recommend and assist in booking dining, spa, golf, tours/activities, transportation
  • Effectively balance high level of multi-tasking various situations and requests
  • Complete checklists at The Guest Services Desk
  • Accurately record outgoing and incoming shipping
  • Frequently lift 50 lbs. or more
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations using resort knowledge
