Job Requirements
- Must be able to handle large volume of tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, such as walking and standing excessively and lifting/pushing/pulling 20-75 lbs. frequently
- must be team oriented, driven to overcome stressful situations by problem solving, and passionate about serving people
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or concierge services preferred
- strong knowledge of the Pebble Beach Resorts and the Monterey Peninsula
- proficient with Springer Miller System, HotSOS, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to handle demanding work conditions
Job Duties
- Escort guests to their room upon arrival
- recommend and assist in booking dining, spa, golf, tours/activities, transportation
- balance multiple tasks and requests while completing guest services checklists
- accurately record incoming and outgoing shipments
- frequently lift and move items weighing 50 lbs. or more
- anticipate guest needs to provide recommendations based on resort and local knowledge
