Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents at the leasing office
  • answers phone calls and routes them to appropriate team members
  • maintains guest suite schedules and coordinates move-ins and move-outs
  • ensures clubhouse amenities are tour-ready each morning
  • manages package deliveries and notifies residents
  • tracks equipment rentals and other community services
  • assists in planning and organizing resident activities
  • maintains information on local resources and vendor relationships
