Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with service request callbacks
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness
  • Manage and coordinate the loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are prepared and in tour condition each morning
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed local area information on restaurants, shops, delivery places, and maintain contacts with concierge vendors
