Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- capability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- ability to work in all weather conditions
- capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- willingness to travel occasionally
- must be able to work flexible schedules including taking calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- experience with customer service or resident relations preferred
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member
- assist with completed service request callbacks
- maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
- manage and coordinate the loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening
- manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community-provided services
- assist the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs
- keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
