Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with property management software preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing office
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Manage guest suite schedule and loading dock coordination
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour-ready condition daily
  • Manage package deliveries and notify residents promptly
  • Maintain logs for equipment rentals and services
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing resident activities
  • Maintain local area information and concierge vendor contacts
