Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years' prior customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
- Ability to manage priorities and multi-task
- Ability to engage others and cultivate positive relationships
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs

Job Duties
- Creating and fostering a welcoming environment for all residents and guests
- Interacting with residents and developing a quick understanding of their needs and actions required to promote positive response
- Assisting with incoming mail and packages including sorting and distributing
- Coordinating and handling parking passes designated to the building
- Answering telephones and responding to routine inquiries and directing calls as appropriate
- Reviewing and following up with maintenance requests to confirm resident satisfaction
- Providing backup as needed to other team members including occasional tours of the premises
- Modeling the company's core values for clients and other associates
- Performing other duties as assigned within reason and relevance to the job
