Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 - 3 years' prior customer service experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
  • Ability to manage priorities and multi-task
  • Ability to engage others and cultivate positive relationships
  • Ability to lift 30-50lbs

Job Duties

  • Creating and fostering a welcoming environment for all residents and guests
  • Interacting with residents and developing a quick understanding of their needs and actions required to promote positive response
  • Assisting with incoming mail and packages including sorting and distributing
  • Coordinating and handling parking passes designated to the building
  • Answering telephones and responding to routine inquiries and directing calls as appropriate
  • Reviewing and following up with maintenance requests to confirm resident satisfaction
  • Providing backup as needed to other team members including occasional tours of the premises
  • Modeling the company's core values for clients and other associates
  • Performing other duties as assigned within reason and relevance to the job
