Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple operating systems
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts efficiently
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a similar resort setting preferred
  • Participation in industry associations such as Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d'Or USA
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple platforms
  • Commitment to professional development
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Professionally and expeditiously process all guest requests while promoting, up-selling, and cross-selling MGM Resorts venues
  • Respond and assist with guest conflict resolutions in a timely manner
  • Build relationships and represent the brand professionally with vendors and guests
  • Multitask in up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests
  • Continuously develop knowledge of citywide offerings and maintain a professional hospitality network
  • Stay updated on other departments/entities policies and procedures
  • Check in and out hotel guests
