- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- basic computer skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. shift
- willingness to contribute to weekend activities
- ability to respond calmly in emergency situations

- lead emergency procedures with confidence and empathy
- contribute to weekend activities, making each moment memorable
- report any maintenance needs promptly to maintain a pristine environment
