Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least one year experience in customer service, concierge services, or retail sales
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in retail
- Administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Flu vaccinated

Job Duties
- Open automatic doors and compile daily social census and hospital center events
- Maintain and input resident leave of absence records in Google spreadsheets and electronic medical records
- Stay informed about daily events, scheduled trips, and new employee onboarding at reception desks
- Operate point of sale system, manage daily accounting and deposits, including resident banking
- Report housekeeping, maintenance, or IT issues by creating tickets in relevant systems
- Manage retail store merchandise and communicate inventory needs to supervisor
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Take and manage reservations for guest rooms, cots, and other services
- Provide concierge services as requested
- Assist with maintaining resident photo albums, dining comment cards, monthly addendums, and resident directories
- Support Hoy Healthcare Center administration with discharge notices, supply orders, and care plan schedules
- Perform all other assigned duties
