Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, concierge, or retail sales
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in retail
- Administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Flu-vaccinated

Job Duties
- Open Courtesy and Hoy Center desks including automatic doors and daily event recording
- Maintain and input resident LOAs in Google spreadsheet and EMR
- Monitor daily events, scheduled trips, and new employee onboarding at reception desks
- Handle POS system opening, closing, daily accounting, and resident banking transactions
- Report housekeeping, maintenance, and IT issues using WorxHub and HelpDesk tickets
- Manage merchandise inventory and communicate supply needs to supervisor
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Take and process reservations for guest rooms, cot reservations, and other services
- Assist with Concierge services as requested
- Support projects like resident photo albums, dining comment cards, monthly addendum, and resident directory
- Provide administrative support to Hoy Healthcare Center Administrator
- Manage discharge notifications and schedules
- Order office supplies and maintain resident care plan schedules
- Perform additional duties as assigned
