Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods
- positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- willingness to learn and adapt
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- passion for wildlife and conservation
- basic computer proficiency
- upselling and sales experience a plus
Job Duties
- Guide guests to having their best day at the park
- work the VIP room to get guests ready for behind the scenes and meet and greet experiences
- help Ultimate Weekend guests through their Wildly Different Weekend
- upsell experiences and merchandise
- be knowledgeable of all season pass memberships
- assist visitors with questions during their visit to the park
- be a representative of Tanganyika and its values
- welcome guests to the park through ticketing and admission
- interact with guests and ensure they had a great day prior to leaving
- keep gift shop merchandise tidy and stocked at open, close and throughout the day
- handle guest's questions in-person and on the phone
- be a representative of Tanganyika and its values
