Job Duties

  • Open and manage the Courtesy Desk and The Hoy Healthcare Welcome Center operations daily
  • Maintain and input resident Leave of Absence information using designated systems
  • Provide team members with daily event and trip information from internal calendars and sources
  • Handle opening and closing procedures of the POS system, manage daily accounting and deposits for Starfish Pointe Retail
  • Assist residents with reporting housekeeping, maintenance, and IT issues by creating tickets in designated systems
  • Maintain and price merchandise at Starfish Pointe Retail in coordination with supervisors
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages through the in-house mail system
  • Manage guest room reservations and other amenities to ensure smooth guest services
  • Handle pickup and delivery of dry cleaning services for residents
  • Provide personalized concierge services as requested by residents and team members
  • Assist with special projects to support the team and community
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of resident information
