Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • At least two years of Front Desk and/or Executive Lounge experience
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Capability to manage staff and operational tasks
  • Flexibility to work extended hours

  • Ability to foster positive working relationships across hotel departments
  • Previous supervisory experience and at least two years of Front Desk and/or Executive Lounge experience
  • Basic accounting and administrative skills
  • This role requires flexibility and a high level of professionalism
  • Prepared for extended standing, walking, and guest interaction

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily Executive Lounge operations, including scheduling and training of staff
  • Track employee performance, maintain attendance logs, and issue disciplinary action when necessary
  • Observe and coach staff to ensure adherence to proper service standards, food handling, and alcohol service codes
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings and assist with hiring and onboarding as needed
  • Monitor and control Executive Lounge inventories, including food, beverage, china, glassware, and silverware
  • Manage weekly beverage ordering and recommend strategies to control gratis food and beverage expenses
  • Ensure consistency of amenities for VIP guests and suites, coordinating with culinary and front desk teams for special occasions and holiday operations
