Job Requirements

  • Previous hospitality luxury experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and supervise staff
  • Knowledge of local area attractions
  • Ability to resolve guest complaints
  • Availability for full-time work including varied shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Takes part in the interview process and trains the Concierge Staff
  • Takes the lead in day-to-day performance of the staff
  • Coaches staff to achieve Core and Service Culture standards
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assures that Concierge Staff knows activities available in the city and establishes close contacts with vendors
  • Assures that desk collateral and information are updated and current
  • Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely
