Job Duties
- Takes part in the interview process and trains the Concierge Staff
- Takes the lead in day-to-day performance of the staff
- Coaches staff to achieve Core and Service Culture standards
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Assures that Concierge Staff knows activities available in the city and establishes close contacts with vendors
- Assures that desk collateral and information are updated and current
- Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely
