Job Duties
- Oversee and manage operations at three community concierge desks
- Hire, train, and supervise concierge staff
- Create, manage, and distribute staff schedules
- Maintain and update the concierge handbook
- Lead monthly staff meetings and promote team efficiency
- Deliver exceptional communication and customer service
- Greet and assist residents, families, vendors, and visitors
- Answer and route telephone calls professionally
- Utilize community software to perform desk duties
- Conduct staff training and development sessions
- Prepare flyers and upload content to the virtual community site
- Coordinate resource materials, mail, and resident support
- Assist residents in accessing resources, activities, and information
- Dispense packaged medications from pharmacies to residents
- Perform other duties as assigned
