Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage operations at three community concierge desks
  • Hire, train, and supervise concierge staff
  • Create, manage, and distribute staff schedules
  • Maintain and update the concierge handbook
  • Lead monthly staff meetings and promote team efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional communication and customer service
  • Greet and assist residents, families, vendors, and visitors
  • Answer and route telephone calls professionally
  • Utilize community software to perform desk duties
  • Conduct staff training and development sessions
  • Prepare flyers and upload content to the virtual community site
  • Coordinate resource materials, mail, and resident support
  • Assist residents in accessing resources, activities, and information
  • Dispense packaged medications from pharmacies to residents
  • Perform other duties as assigned
