Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or security preferred
  • ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs
  • standing and sitting for long periods
  • walking and occasional climbing
  • manual dexterity to handle packages and objects
  • ability to operate personal computer and office equipment
  • ability to understand and complete forms
  • reliable and able to work overnight shifts
  • physical ability to navigate building premises
  • able to work weekends and attend Board meetings
  • occasional overtime availability

  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • meets and greets residents
  • checks guests and service providers in/out
  • understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
  • monitors and operates electronic security control systems
  • maintains daily logs, records and forms
  • assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical work
  • walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
  • monitors and controls access to the building
  • resolves and follows-up on complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
  • helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property
  • completes required forms accurately
  • may be assigned other duties by supervisor
