Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa reservation software
  • Call guests to confirm scheduled services
  • Respond to questions about available services, hotel information, and amenities
  • Update the reservation and cancellation lists throughout the day
  • Inform providers of last-minute changes and resolve scheduling issues collaboratively
  • Register guests upon arrival by confirming names and providing general spa orientation
  • Record guest preferences and needs in the computer system
  • Promote and sell spa and beauty salon services
  • Manage assigned cash register ensuring the accuracy and security of cash
  • Process guest payments and obtain payment authorizations as needed
  • Accept and record cash tips for employees
  • Balance, scan and deliver receipts to accounting
  • Assist management with training, organizing, advising, motivating, and coaching employees
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Greet all guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
  • Use clear and professional language in communication
  • Attend to phone calls using appropriate protocols
  • Cultivate positive workplace relationships
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
  • Move, lift, push, drag, or position objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
