- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferably in hospitality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push and stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity and ability to operate carts
- Ability to handle duties under various environmental conditions
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and attitude

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external guests requiring patience, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English clearly
- Strong communication skills for clear direction and guidance
- Ability to maintain healthy, fit appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to perform duties in various environmental conditions
- Manual dexterity for handling towels and beverages
- Ability to operate laundry carts and flatbed carts
- Physical ability to lift and move linen and supplies
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple interruptions
- Knowledge of proper use of spa equipment
- Ability to remain calm during emergencies and heavy activity
- Ability to maintain attendance standards and professional appearance
Job Duties
- Consistently ensures cleanliness of all spa and fitness areas
- Provides guest with tour of locker room and explains available amenities in a courteous and timely manner
- Appropriately dispenses towels, robes, slippers and refreshments to guests
- Removes and stores dirty linens according to procedures
- Performs laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linen
- Monitors locker rooms and replenishes supplies on a regular basis
- Assists guest flow of services from locker room to professional staff
- Informs facility management of any member, guest, or facility issues
- Reports any incidents or accidents to management team
- Other duties as assigned
