Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Capability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training, meetings, or property support
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with phone systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to maintain accurate records and logs
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with local community resources and vendor management
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- Answer phone calls, route all calls to appropriate team members, and assist with service request callbacks as necessary
- Maintain guest suite schedule, ensuring proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before leasing office opening daily
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community-provided services
- Assist community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and relevant local market resources and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
